Site Assistant Manager - retail services

A key role to learn, evolve, and take on more responsibilities

This role is particularly well-suited for profiles from fast food, retail, high-volume services, or any structured and customer-oriented operational environment. 

Your daily role

• Support the manager in coordinating the daily activities of the site.
  

• Supervise the ground team during shifts and ensure an active presence on the floor.
  

• Ensure compliance with procedures, service standards, and health and safety rules.
  

• Intervene in operational situations or customer concerns.
  

• Participate in the onboarding, support, and development of employees.
  

• Contribute to tracking sales, inventory, and operational performance.
  

• Collaborate on the general maintenance of the site and the proper functioning of equipment.
  

• Be a proximity leader, solution-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
