Key Objectives
Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into company databases and systems.
Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting information as needed.
Support various departments by providing reliable data management assistance.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and resolving discrepancies.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Report any data inconsistencies or errors to the relevant departments promptly.
Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with data management software and databases is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or IT are advantageous.
