Join a private organization in the financial services sector where expertise in personal insurance is primarily used to support and secure clients. The position is centered on consulting, coordinating underwriting, and regulatory rigor, in a structured environment. An opportunity to contribute concretely to the quality of client follow-up, from the beginning to the issuance of the contract.
Responsibilities — ensure complete, compliant, and smooth customer service
- Assist clients in setting up and following up on their personal insurance protections.
- Complete insurance proposals with clients and in collaboration with product specialists.
- Coordinate underwriting requirements (medical exams, information requests) and organize the necessary steps.
- Ensure follow-ups with insurers and clients to advance files efficiently.
- Track files until the issuance of contracts and confirm key steps with stakeholders.
- Process service requests (contract changes, beneficiaries, updates) accurately and diligently.
- Maintain complete, rigorous, and compliant files with regulatory requirements.
Profile sought — essential requirements and service approach
- Hold a valid AMF certificate in personal insurance.
- Accumulate 3 years of experience in personal insurance.
- Master the regulatory requirements applicable to the processing and follow-up of files.
- Work easily in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally in a bilingual context.
