Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
Join a growing Quebec organization in the residential construction sector and take charge of coordinating the after-sales service after delivery. You will be the central point between clients, technicians, internal teams, and partners to transform sometimes sensitive requests into planned, documented, and rigorously closed interventions.
Responsibilities — deliver a strong customer experience after delivery
Receive and analyze after-sales service requests (warranties, corrections) to qualify the need and prioritize actions.
Conduct visual inspections of homes in the factory and interpret photos, reports, and lists of corrections to establish the required work.
Document files rigorously (work, warranties, contracts, procedures, timelines) and ensure traceability in the internal system.
Plan and coordinate service visits by optimizing labor, materials, and grouping of work to reduce travel.
Prepare work orders and ensure close follow-up of interventions with technicians and clients until complete closure of files.
Participate in department purchases and develop operational contacts with suppliers and service partners to support execution.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to non-conformity reports to improve quality and prevent the recurrence of issues.
Profile sought — essential requirements and collaboration style
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in after-sales service and/or work coordination and client file management, in a residential construction context.
Master French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with clients and partners.
Use Microsoft Office with ease and work effectively in an internal file management computer system.
Demonstrate a marked ability to analyze, organize priorities, and negotiate as needed, while keeping an eye on deadlines.
Adopt a solution-oriented approach, with listening, empathy, and a sense of customer service in sometimes delicate situations.
Show autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in a role that requires managing multiple files and stakeholders simultaneously.
Conditions — what the organization brings to the table
Salary of $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
