General Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Director and in collaboration with the managers of the various departments, the Head Waiter/Waitress is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the restaurant, bar, and banquets, to ensure their efficiency and profitability, while offering quality products and services to customers.

 Description of responsibilities and tasks:

• Manage human resources;
  • Provide employee training;
  • Develop work schedules and coordinate daily activities;
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop work teams;
  • Manage relations with the union in collaboration with management;
• Promote products and encourage their sale;
• Meet deadlines for assigned projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant academic training in restaurant and/or hospitality management or equivalent experience;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of the Veloce system.
