Coordinate measurements, liaise with production, and coordinate the delivery and installation of doors and windows.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Receiving and analyzing measurements.
  • Adding materials as needed (aluminum, caulking, curved moldings, etc.).
  • Verifying and approving requests for extras; if necessary, refer to the inspector.
  • Ensure you have the installation date and that the production deadline indicated on the measurement request is met by the installer.
  • Coordinate and follow up on any problematic cases during the measurement process.
  • Liaison between salesperson/installer and inspector
  • Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders;
  • Plan priorities with deadlines
  • Adjust measurements and sales price in the order, verify discounts
  • Monitor and ensure production finalizes products for the installation date

DESIRED PROFILE

• • • Minimum 2 years of experience in window installation planning (an asset)
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
    • Knowledge MS Office
    • Functional English
    • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • Analytical skills and ability to find the best solution
    • Initiative and rigor in respecting quality standards and processes
