What we are looking for
Job Description
The IT Operations Manager reports to the Director of Information Technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT operations (support, infrastructure, networks, systems, security)
• Manage technical managers and teams (support, system administrators, etc.)
• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage major incidents and coordinate recovery plans
• Oversee change management
• Manage IT vendors and service contracts
• Participate in budget planning and operational cost control
• Implement continuous improvement and process optimization strategies
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans Business continuity - Provide technical support to users in case of network or IT system issues.
- This may involve remote or on-site troubleshooting, incident resolution, and providing user guidance and training (including cybersecurity).
Education and Experience Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in operations or technical team management - Certifications (an asset): ITIL (Intermediate or Advanced), PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Azure, or any relevant IT infrastructure management certification

• Experience with performance monitoring and management tools
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments

Working Conditions:
- Work Location: Quebec City or Montreal
• Hours: 40 hours/week. • Contract: Full-time (3-month probationary period) • Mobility: Must have a vehicle to visit all clinics in Quebec City and Montreal as needed • Mode: In-person
On-call availability:
- Evening and weekend availability required as needed, depending on operational requirements and in case of a major incident.
