Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our residential leasing team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and motivated, with a strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional experience for prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for presenting the property, managing inquiries, conducting tours, and guiding applicants through each stage of the leasing process with professionalism and attention to detail. This role is well suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. The successful candidate must be available to work all weekends as part of their regular schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional and personalized experience to prospective residents through professional, hospitality-driven service
  • Conduct private tours showcasing luxury suites, premium amenities, and curated common spaces
  • Manage all leasing communications promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Coordinate and host exclusive property tours, private appointments, and open house events
  • Oversee the full leasing process, including applications, approvals, lease preparation, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents to successfully convert leads into leases
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the broker and real estate community, including collaborating with listing agents and referral partners
  • Support all initiatives related to the successful leasing and marketing of a high-end residential property
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly leasing reports, including traffic, prospect activity, lead sources, tours, and conversion metrics
  • Assist with special projects, resident experience initiatives, and additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service
  • strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Must be flexible and willing to work weekends
  • Must be a team player with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Real Estate experience / knowledge considered an asset.
