A pivotal role in a great team

The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s success by assuming the following responsibilities:

• Understand the links between all implemented systems.
• Understand how our clients use our technologies with their own customers to create their dream projects.
• Understand the manufacturing processes, objectives, metrics, and people required to bring our clients’ dream projects to life.
• Understand, analyze, document, and/or measure business processes.
• Define the manufacturing process, logic, and details that our developers will use to build or improve our technologies.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technological requirements.
• Write detailed functional specifications (User Stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements).
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders (IT and business).
• Translate business needs into viable and scalable technological solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, UX/UI, and QA teams.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization (in an Agile/Scrum context).
• Perform impact analyses and gap analyses.
• Ensure requirements traceability and change management.
• Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) and the compliance of deliverables.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior business analysts and act as a methodological reference.
• Monitor project progress.
• Act as a liaison with various departments to fully understand their needs.

• You are bilingual. The required level of English is necessary due to regular collaboration with our colleagues in Ontario and certain business partners.

• You understand or quickly learn how a system or a manufacturing process works.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis in an IT environment.
• You are familiar with Office 365.
