Your main responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate, and support the Pharmacy Technician team, including their training, evaluation, and professional development - Manage inventory, medication orders, and ensure product availability - Participate in medication preparation and distribution activities - Maintain, optimize, and enforce work procedures, as well as safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards - Perform administrative and logistical tasks, while collaborating closely with pharmacists to provide optimal service Desired profile: - DEP and/or DEC in Pharmacy Technical Assistance - 3 years of relevant experience related to the position - Knowledge of ReflexRX software - Bilingualism Advantages Why apply?
