We are seeking a CNC Programmer. The CNC Programmer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting to ensure the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

 A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.

 The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities: 

  • Create and modify CNC programs and machine templates as required.
  • Operate CNC machines independently and efficiently.
  • Select and run appropriate programs based on the required machining operation.
  • Monitor machining tools for wear and perform tool changes, adjustments, or replacements as needed.
  • Prepare and measure machining tools prior to production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining, quality, or sequencing issues.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and complete maintenance or IT work orders.
  • Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Verify materials against customer orders and report shortages or damaged materials.
  • Adjust production sequences and process urgent or recovery part requests when required.
  • Assist operators and collaborate with planning to support production schedules.
  • Meet all quality, productivity, and safety standards while supporting the company’s Core Values.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience in cabinetry and/or woodworking, or a related field
  • Advanced CNC operation experience, or similar role in a related field
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with different machinery and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a dusty environment, exposure to varying temperatures, and strong odors
