Commis de cuisine
Préparer les ingrédients pour la cuisine incluant préparer les portions, couper et ranger les aliments.
Préparer les aliments à cuisson rapide et aussi les salades, sandwichs, condiments. Peser et mesurer des quantitées et mélanger les ingrédients en accordance avec les recettes.
Nettoyer et désinfecter les aires de travail. Connaître et respecter les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité.
