Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator, known for their curiosity and ability to understand customer needs. Through a consultative approach, the individual will contribute to supporting, guiding, and assisting partners.

Your main responsibilities:

- Recruit pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for replacement assignments and develop a pool of qualified talent
- Build trusting relationships with replacements by understanding their skills, preferences, and Availability
- Receive and analyze client replacement requests to identify needs
- Ensure optimal allocation of replacements to assignments and confirm assignments
- Manage the coordination of replacements and unforeseen events while contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure effective coordination of assignments
- Provide operational support to the team and contribute to the smooth running of activities
- Occasionally participate in on-call shifts on the emergency line to respond to unforeseen needs
- Offer advice and training to pharmacists to support them in their operational and strategic challenges through clear and educational communication
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients through a proactive, professional, and listening-oriented approach
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills and business development abilities, while relying on Knowledge of the healthcare sector

Desired Profile:

- DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in a field related to the position
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or working in a pharmacy is a significant advantage
- Customer service and quality of work
- Good computer skills essential
- Bilingual (an asset)
