The challenges that await you

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating the activities of the emergency measures unit, with the aim of providing support service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

To this end, you are particularly responsible for coordinating the volunteer staff of the emergency measures unit to ensure that adequate material and human resources are available for the emergency situations that the City may face.

As a resource person, you analyze and identify intervention areas and propose appropriate solutions regarding the equipment and resources required in different situations, and you submit all recommendations to your supervisor.

The ideal profile for us
  • Hold a certificate in administration or any other relevant training;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the role;
  • Possess a class 4A driver's license or commit to obtaining it;
  • Knowledge of the police environment will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proven skills in customer service and interpersonal communications;
  • Ability to find solutions by demonstrating initiative and autonomy;
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating the quality of deliverables.
