MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze after-sales service requests and diagnose issues to identify non-conformities and determine the appropriate action; Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders;
FaReceive quotes and follow-ups for services with fees and collect payment;
Follow up on the various stages of files (quote, customer information) so that they are processed as quickly as possible;

Relevant experience in a customer service position
Excellent verbal communication skills
Analytical skills and ability to find solutions quickly
Dynamic, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage Problems and a high volume of requests
