Maintenance Electromechanic

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Electromechanic for our Coaticook plant on the evening shift.  

A pivotal role in a great team 

The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s success by assuming the following responsibilities :  

• Diagnose and inspect machines, installations, and equipment.
• Plan and organize maintenance interventions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the maintenance area.

On a day-to-day basis, she will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals of  of success : 

• Benoît, Maintenance Supervisor — committed and dedicated.

To meet this challenge successfully, we’re looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride, with the following qualifications :

• DEP in Electromechanics or DEC in Automation and Control.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to analyze situations and find solutions.
• Resourcefulness and autonomy.
• Asset : Class C license.

To be more precise :

• 40 hours per week
• Hourly wage starting at $33.52/hour
• Evening premium: $2/hour
• Evening shift: 4 days/week with a 3-day weekend year-round
• Day shift: 4.5 days/week
