Payroll & Accounts Payable Technician
We are looking for a dedicated technician to handle payroll processing and accounts payable management. You will ensure the accuracy of employee and vendor payments, while respecting deadlines and applicable standards.
Responsibilities

Process payroll cycles
-
Verify hours, leave, and deductions.

Process vendor invoices and make payments.

Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end tasks.

Answer questions related to payroll and payments.
Required Profile
-
DEC or AEC in accounting or related field related.
-
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
-
Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Nethris, ADP) and Excel.
-
Organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
-
Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
