Your main responsibilities:
➡️ Actively listen to clients and support them with empathy throughout their claims process
➡️ Analyze needs and propose solutions Tailored solutions
➡️ Process requests for modifications, renewals, and cancellations
➡️ Optimize coverage by identifying relevant opportunities for the client

Required Skills
➡️ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
➡️ Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in record keeping
➡️ Build trusting relationships with clients

Diploma(s)
AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance or DEC in Insurance and Financial Services Consulting.
*Each year of missing studies must be compensated by one year of relevant experience*

Required Certification(s) and Professional Title(s)
Property and Casualty Insurance Individuals – Agent or Broker (AMF)

Other Information
✅ Salary and benefits to be determined based on experience and education
✅ Each year of missing education must be compensated by one year of relevant experience
✅ Telework or hybrid work, based in our Thetford or Quebec City offices
✅ Daytime hours, no evenings or weekends
