Fitter
(Professional Pipe Assembler)

- Interpret plans according to the nature of the networks to be manufactured;
- Optimize your workspace according to the parts;
- Verify that the parts manufactured upstream are compliant;
- Prepare your parts (sawing, drilling, cutting, bending, tapping, grooving, etc.);
- Validate the manufacturing sequences;
- Assemble the various components within the required tolerances, by welding, screwing, or grooving;
- Perform dimensional checks before welding.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly and welding (GMAW);
- Advanced experience with Blueprint reading; - Excellent 3D perception; - Good understanding of various measurements (angles, diagonals, squares, etc.); - Relevant experience in industrial and commercial settings; - Experience with pipe cutting; - Good physical condition and dexterity; - Autonomous, rigorous, structured, and quality-oriented; - Technologically curious, proactive, and a team player; - Knowledge of best practices in occupational health and safety. Salary and Benefits - Competitive salary between $32 and $40/hour - Friday afternoons off - Starting at 3 weeks of vacation - 5 sick days CCQ Statutory Holidays
