Day shift

Monday to thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Full insurance, Collective retirement plan

Responsibilities

Coordinate deliveries by communicating with clients and transporters. Supervise the reception of goods and ensure everything is in order. Verify drawings to confirm that each production step is completed. Prepare delivery slips, including those for subcontracted materials, and provide copies to the buyer. Oversee packaging, shipping, and the placement of parts on pallets. Manage payments upon receipt and check the list of clients under credit surveillance. Ensure the smooth operation of the department and maintain workplace safety. Operate and coordinate the maintenance of forklifts and ensure daily inspections are performed. Monitor inventory and submit requisitions for necessary supplies. Maintain a clean and organised workspace while complying with quality standards (ISO). Participate in inventory management and support the team as needed.

Experience

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or equivalent experience in a related field. Relevant experience in shipping and receiving management. Knowledge of logistics procedures and safety standards. Experience in forklift operation and maintenance (an asset).
