Production site manager

The Manager is responsible for the overall production of the plant.

He has direct responsibility for Health and Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement 

But is also responsible for employee development, staffing, project management .... .

The Manager is the main point of contact between management and its employees.

He is responsible for developing the culture of his department and successfully conducting operations by practicing the core values of Our client.

For this position We are looking for a strong candidate with strong human qualities

Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Monitor manufacturing operations.
Manage quality and productivity expectations
Manage appropriate staffing levels and facilitate training, development and employee career progression.
Facilitate various operational programs and ensure plant compliance
Maintain appropriate communications with other departments
 

You:
University degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
Excellent leadership skills
Computer skills (Power BI tool) AN ASSET
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2 years of experience in a similar position
