Specialized Technician – Victron Energy Systems

Volts Énergies is looking for a Specialized Technician in Victron Energy Systems to join its growing team. The position involves working on solar, battery, and hybrid system projects for residential, commercial, and off-grid applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission Victron Energy systems (MultiPlus/Quattro, MPPT, Cerbo GX, Lynx, lithium batteries, Orion DC-DC, etc.)

• Program, monitor, and diagnose systems via VictronConnect and VRM

• Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support on-site and remotely

• Read and interpret DC and AC electrical diagrams

• Collaborate with the engineering and project management team

• Train clients and partners on the use of the systems

• Write technical reports and intervention follow-ups

Desired Profile

• Training in electricity, electromechanics, or renewable energy

• Experience with Victron Energy products (major asset)

• Solid knowledge of 12V / 24V / 48V DC and 120/240 VAC

  systems

• Experience with the Lithium batteries (BMS, communications, security)

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems

• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit

• Valid driver's license

Strengths

• Victron Energy Certification (or in progress)

• Experience in off-grid solar, RV, marine, or hybrid systems

• Knowledge of the Electrical Code and CSA standards

• Bilingual French/English
