Job Description

Are you a seasoned buyer with solid experience in the distribution sector? We are looking for an analytical, rigorous, and results-oriented individual to lead procurement strategies and optimize the supply chain.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier performance indicators
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with key suppliers
  • Manage the supplier portfolio and evaluate performance
  • Identify cost reduction and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, sales)

 

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, administration, or a related field related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing
  • Excellent command of data analysis tools (advanced Excel, ERP)
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English) (an asset)
