Technical Advisor

We design, manufacture, and install lifting systems adapted to a variety of needs: elevating platforms and convertible halls for the entertainment industry, movable floors for residential and commercial swimming pools, and industrial lifting tables, all for the local and international markets.

As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for the technical and administrative after-sales management of selected integrators. You will ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs, and create and track orders.

You will also be responsible for resolving technical issues, training clients, and supporting transportation coordination.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues related to installed equipment (mechanical components).
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Place and track orders in internal systems.
• Document interventions and follow-ups in internal software.
• Support the Transportation Coordinator (back-up) with the logistical management of orders.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Make decisions related to managing requests and escalate complex cases to the service supervisor.
• Provide technical training to clients (in English).

Desired Profile :

• Proven experience in technical account management or customer service.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent mechanical understanding and ability to read blueprints.
• Customer service oriented, autonomous, curious, and able to handle emergencies.
• Organized, rigorous, and adaptable to change.
• Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, project management software, etc.).
• Will be willing to travel internationally occasionally (an asset).
