About the Role

We are looking for a sincere and driven 100% Bilingual Sales Broker to join an organization that genuinely values ​​its employees. In the competitive Canadian insurance market, finding a workplace that prioritizes your wellness and growth is key.

Here, you will handle inbound calls from customers looking for quotes or wanting to expand their coverage. Your goal is to uncover exactly what they need, offer competitive solutions, and make sure they feel completely supported.

What You Will Do Every Day

• Build strong trust and relationships with prospects and current clients to uncover new opportunities.

• Respond quickly and warmly to customer inquiries over the phone and in writing.

• Revisit previous prospects, provide updated quotes, and actively ask for referrals to grow your pipeline.

• Take ownership of complex customer questions and resolve them smoothly so the customer feels taken care of.

• Maintain accurate files and stay up to date on changing market conditions and underwriting guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

• A valid RIBO license, or an OTL license with the commitment to obtain your RIBO within 45 days of starting.

• At least one year of hands on experience in personal lines, automobile, property, and marine insurance.

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and French.

• Solid organizational skills to manage competing priorities without feeling overwhelmed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Experience with Epic and Applied Rating Services is a wonderful bonus.
