Personal Lines CSR - Underwriting/Service Focus

We’re working with a respected brokerage in Markham looking to add a Personal Lines CSR with strong underwriting experience to their team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to spot details others miss and genuinely enjoys client interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Review and assess applications before submission – accuracy and underwriting insight are key.
• Service existing personal lines clients – policy changes, renewals, general inquiries.
• Work directly in PowerBroker and carrier portals to manage and process files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes. 

What We’re Looking For:
• RIBO license is required.
• 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting.
• Familiarity with the major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.
• Comfort with PowerBroker
