JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Dock Installer/Handler
Location: Lac-Simon, Outaouais
THE COMPANY
Our client specializes in the installation, removal, and servicing of docks in the Lac-Simon area and surrounding region.
MAIN CHALLENGES
• Participate in the installation and removal of docks at client sites
• Perform heavy lifting and sustained manual labor
• Handle heavy equipment, including concrete bags
• Drive a work vehicle and pull a trailer as needed
• Support the team during peak periods in the spring and late summer
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
• Good physical condition and comfort with manual labor
• Resourcefulness, autonomy and practicality
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Functional French; English considered an asset

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to drive with a trailer (an asset)
• Experience in handling, installation, or similar field work
• Availability for an intensive schedule of up to 6 days a week during peak season
• Experience or interest in boat mechanics considered an asset
TERMS AND COMPENSATION
• Hourly rate: $25
• Target start date: April 23
• Main periods of activity: April–May and August–September
• On-site accommodation available (rental cottage)
• Work vehicle provided
• Equipment provided by the company
