Our client is a leading independent brokerage specializing in high-performance insurance programs and expert advisory. With a reputation for excellence, they manage a versatile book of business spanning small commercial accounts to large-scale international risks. We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Risk Placement Broker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Placement & Execution: Create, secure, and deliver high-quality insurance programs; prepare marketing submissions, binders, and proposals.

Advisory: Provide expert advice to prospects and clients; assess risks and identify coverage gaps.

Client Onboarding: Manage the transition of new clients and collaborate with producers and underwriters.

Portfolio Growth: Use a sales-driven approach to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
Desired Skills:
-
Active RIBO license in good standing is required.

Minimum 3+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of all classes of insurance, including specialty products (Cyber, D&O, E&O) and international risks.

Software Proficiency: Advanced computer skills with experience in EPIC, Applied Systems (TAM/Rater), and PolicyWorks.
-
Industry Designations: CAIB, CIP, or CRM qualifications are considered strong assets.
