Accounting Technician who loves analysis
Location: Quebec
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, hybrid mode
A key position in a dynamic accounting team

In this role, you will interact with several departments and actively contribute to the good financial management of the company. You will work closely with another accounting technician and the controller.

Your main missions
- Perform data entry and verification of accounting entries in the system
- Ensure the recurrence of accounting entries to the systems
- Carry out bank reconciliations and inter-company accounts
- Verify, account for, and monitor operating expenses
- Participate in month-end: production and validation of adjusting entries
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable, expense reports, and credit cards

Profile sought
- DEC in accounting or equivalent experience, minimum of 3 years of experience
- Mastery of Excel (creating pivot tables)
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Ease of communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail, rigor, and good priority management
