We are currently looking for a Civil Engineering Foreman to join our teams in Montreal.

Your mandate, your challenges:

• Participate in the planning, coordination, and distribution of work related to your work team;
• Supervise your team members as well as the work carried out in collaboration with the private sector when required;
• Participate in the assessment of labor, machinery, equipment, and other needs related to the work to be performed;
• Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines;
• Communicate to your superior any productivity and quality discrepancies with respect to the requirements of the requested work and collaborate on solutions;
• Ensure optimal performance of the personnel you coordinate and report any problems to your superior;
• Write daily activity reports and report any anomalies to their superior;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures in accordance with applicable laws and policies, participate in and/or write risk analyses and job safety analyses, and hold regular safety breaks;
• Oversee the training of new employees if required;
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by their superior.

Key Skills Required

• CCQ Certificate of Competence;
• Experience in the civil engineering sector;
• Good time and priority management skills;
• Valid driver's license.
