By joining the City of Percé, you will become part of a dedicated municipal team of nearly 50 employees working collaboratively to enhance services for residents and contribute to a vibrant community.
Reporting to the City Council, the Director General serves as the City’s chief administrative officer and is responsible for the effective management of the municipal organization. The incumbent ensures the implementation of the Council’s policies and provides leadership in achieving the Town’s mission, objectives, and values.
The Director General plans, organizes, directs, and oversees all municipal administrative, financial, human resources, and operational activities, with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-quality service delivery to citizens.
As a strategic advisor to the City Council, the Director General supports decision-making by providing sound recommendations and ensuring alignment with established policies and priorities.
