Seasonal Field Attendant – Peat Harvesting Sites – Housing Available
We’re looking for Field Attendants to join our harvesting team at our Deer Lake site in Manitoba. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a supportive team, this is your chance to work in a rewarding seasonal role. Whether you're from Manitoba or neighboring Saskatchewan, we provide local housing and transportation, making relocation easy for the season!


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate a large vacuum machine to harvest peat, towed by a tractor;
• Use different types of harrows to prepare peat fields
• Collect roots and wood debris using a root harrow
• Stack collected material into a trailer, then unload it at designated field sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Tractor driving experience is an asset;
• Autonomous, responsible, detail-oriented, and alert;
• Team player who also enjoys working independently;
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 30 kg and walk long distances in peat fields;
• Available for overtime and weekend work.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Seasonal employment;
