FP&A Financial Analyst

Job Title: FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A analyst to join a solid, growing company that plays a key role in its sector. This strategic position will place you directly with the management team to support decision-making through rigorous financial analyses, projections, and informed recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational results to inform strategic decisions.
  

• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to validate data, optimize processes, and generate value.
  

• Actively participate in the budgeting process, cost tracking, and performance evaluations.
  

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and tracking tools.
  

• Document certain processes to improve team efficiency.
  

Desired Profile:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or management accounting.
  

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  

• Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  

• Ability to simplify financial issues, work in a team, and manage priorities.
  

• CPA designation: an asset.
  

• Fluent in French, functional to advanced English required.
