Handyman (Industrial maintenance)
You’re in luck! We might have the perfect position for you! We are currently looking for a Handyman specializing in industrial maintenance at our Oakbank facility. Our ideal candidate understands that preventative maintenance is key to smooth equipment operations and enjoys the challenge and problem solving that come with corrective maintenance.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Identify production equipment maintenance needs;
• Perform preventive maintenance on production line equipment;
• Repair general mechanical breakdowns on equipment;
• Improve production equipment efficiency; and
• Install new machinery when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 -2 years experience in industrial equipment repair;
• Hands-on knowledge of production line equipment, including but not limited to hydraulic systems;
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills;
• Results-oriented, self-starter who enjoys planning and executing maintenance schedules;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Post-secondary training in a related field is an asset.
