Internal Representative and Customer Service

Our client is looking for an Internal Representative and Customer Service to support customers with their requests for parts, service, and solutions.

Your Role

You will be an important point of contact for internal and external customers. Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering calls and emails;
  
• Advising customers on available parts and options;
  
• Placing orders and ensuring follow-up;
  
• Communicating with suppliers and internal teams;
  
• Notifying customers upon receipt of parts;
  
• Performing administrative follow-ups related to orders and billing;
  
• Participating in inventory and supporting the warehouse as needed.
  

Desired Profile

We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented person. Experience in HVAC is an asset, but profiles from automotive parts, hardware, electrical, plumbing, construction materials, service coordination, or internal sales will also be considered.
