Responsibilities — deliver accurate and reliable corporate support
Prepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, organizations, and related transactions.
Conduct corporate research and keep corporate files and minute books up to date.
Initiate and complete research in public registers, including the RDPRM (Quebec), the Bank Act, bankruptcies, and litigation.
Review, analyze, and summarize research findings for due diligence purposes.
Coordinate and organize due diligence documentation to support lawyers in transactional files.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all deliverables.
Desired Profile — essential requirements
Hold relevant training as a paralegal or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate experience in corporate law as well as due diligence research.
Master both French and English (bilingualism required).
Have relevant experience in a corporate or business environment.
Effectively prioritize in a context of multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Work with rigor and precision, with great attention to detail.
Show autonomy, good judgment, reliability, and versatility in a fast-paced environment.
