In this role, your technical understanding and relationship skills will be at the heart of every achievement. Our client manufactures custom products for entertainment and events. The projects are varied, needs evolve, and timelines can be short. You will work with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to turn commitments made with the client into tangible results. A central place between the client and the workshop From the acceptance of the quote, you will take charge of the project. Your mandate: support the client, coordinate stakeholders, and drive decisions until delivery and installation. You will be responsible for: Planning multiple projects in parallel and adjusting priorities according to their progress. Understanding client expectations and translating them into clear instructions for the teams. Reviewing realization constraints with design and the workshop. Proposing a course of action when needs or conditions change. Negotiating adjustments in scope, price, and timeline. Keeping the client informed and engaging stakeholders around the next steps. What will help you succeed You have at least five years of experience in managing custom projects and are used to being in direct contact with clients. You understand the realities of manufacturing, ask the right technical questions, and know how to explain a constraint without losing your interlocutor's trust. You are organized, autonomous, and able to stay calm when multiple files demand your attention. Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is required for communication with clients from English-speaking Canada and the United States. A background in engineering, construction, or manufacturing, as well as experience with unique or event projects, are assets.
