Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Environment (Aerospace)

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst ready to play a key role at the heart of operations and to evolve into a controller role.

Your Impact

You will be a true business partner to operations, with strong exposure to management and strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the analysis of financial and operational performance
  
• Participate in monthly closings and financial reporting
  
• Implement and optimize cost tracking tools
  
• Manage expense analyses (OPEX / CAPEX)
  
• Support internal audits and compliance (SOX)
  
• Develop financial models (Excel / Power BI)
  
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve profitability
  
• Produce analytical reports and strategic recommendations
  

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• Advanced Excel (modeling required)
  
• Experience in costing
  
• Functional English (corporate environment)
  
• Analytical mindset + ability to challenge the status quo
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and influential leadership
