To support these ambitions and maximize the impact of its initiatives, the Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist, Performance and Growth, capable of playing a key role in developing, orchestrating, and optimizing high-value marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and operational capabilities.
Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Clinics, Call Center, Operating Room, and Laboratory divisions, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and orchestrating the omnichannel strategies for the divisions under their responsibility. She ensures a consistent presence throughout the entire patient journey, from discoverability to appointment booking.
Job Description
We are looking for a profile that is both strategic and analytical, capable of transforming data into concrete marketing recommendations. Thanks to a deep understanding of the specific challenges of their divisions, this person will actively contribute to:
- Optimizing service occupancy rates,
- Growing demand,
- Increasing appointment volume,
- And the overall performance of marketing investments.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Role and Collaboration
- Acting as the marketing lead for the divisions (internal clients) and developing a deep understanding of their challenges, business objectives, market realities, and growth opportunities.
- Working closely with the call center and front-line customer service.
- Being accountable for optimizing the occupancy rates of the divisions under their responsibility by developing omnichannel strategies aimed at stimulating demand and strengthening the Customer loyalty, supporting the reactivation of existing customers, fostering acquisition, and maximizing the performance of marketing investments.
Governance
- Ensure the review, approval, and strategic alignment of marketing content related to its divisions (website, social media, newsletters, digital campaigns, and other communication tools).
- Ensure consistency of messaging, adherence to brand positioning, and accuracy of content, in collaboration with internal experts and medical directors.
Marketing Strategy and Division Performance
- Collaborate in the development of marketing plans for the divisions under their responsibility, based on business objectives and operational capabilities.
- Participate in quarterly and annual marketing plans and priority campaigns with management Marketing.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and formulate recommendations to ensure occupancy rate growth.
Development, Continuous Improvement, Growth, and Performance
- Develop the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy to improve service discoverability.
- Optimize the presence of the group's services in search engines powered by artificial intelligence (GEO).
- Define the paid acquisition strategy (Google Ads), including investment priorities and performance indicators for Search campaigns.
Experience and Skills
- More than 8 years of experience in strategic and performance marketing.
- Experience in an internal client or business partner model, where marketing acts as a growth lever across different units and divisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, GEO, and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization.
- Experience in local and provincial marketing.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Bilingualism.
