Contractual Mandate Summary
Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an independent Architectural Technician to support the execution of development projects, primarily in the medical sector.
You will contribute to the production of technical drawings and project documentation, in collaboration with the internal team.
Responsibilities
✔️ Produce technical drawings (2D/3D) using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
✔️ Conduct surveys of existing buildings and create drawings
✔️ Participate in the preparation of plans for permits and construction
✔️ Update drawings and ensure their compliance
✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders (project managers, suppliers, etc.)
✔️ Participate in the preparation of tender documents
Desired Profile
✔️ College diploma (DEC) in Architectural Technology or equivalent training
✔️ self-employed status
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
✔️ Knowledge of Quebec building codes
✔️ Experience in a medical setting (a significant asset)
✔️ Rigor, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
