Our client, a mid-sized organization in the services sector, offers you a permanent full-time position, with documented payroll practices and well-established procedures.

Your know-how at the heart of every paycheck

You will handle payroll every two weeks, including commissions and bonuses. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the complete payroll cycle in specialized software, up to the final production.
Integrating data provided by managers and verifying the accuracy of commissions, bonuses, and amounts paid.
Keeping records up to date during hiring, departures, and personnel movements.
Administering elements related to insurance, CNESST, pensions, and changes to the RPDB.
Preparing T4 slips in accordance with deadlines and established practices.
Responding to employee and manager inquiries accurately and with a focus on service.

Concrete experience allowing for quick and autonomous payroll management.
A mastery of the complete Quebec payroll cycle.
Comfort with payroll software such as EmployeurD or Nethris.
