Tenant Services Coordinator

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC) will support the office management team in the day-to-day operations and providing outstanding service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining tenant relations by understanding tenant needs, concerns and contributing to prompt resolutions.
• Manage tenant and non-tenant parking inquiries for Bow Valley Square which includes: managing parking software & equipment program, programming new parkers and parking cancellations, reconciling parking spreadsheets with tenant lease obligations, reviewing 3rd party management contracts for billing accuracy, responding to tenant inquiries, working with property administration in setting up parkers in YARDI, and actioning security & insurance related concerns to property management.
• Prepare tenant memos as required.
• Maintain building manuals and coordinate annual updates.
• Track and manage building storage, monthly/quarterly/annual reforecasting, coordinate new license agreements and terminations under the supervision of the Property Manager;
• Provide coverage and assistance for the buildings Amenities Coordinator.
• All other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail;
• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills;
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required, basic Knowledge in YARDI preferred;
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
• Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants.
