Garage and Fabrication Foreman
We are looking for a Garage and Fabrication Foreman at our Oakbank facility. Do you have good judgment, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills? Your leadership and sense of responsibility make you the ideal candidate for this position.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Supervise and manage the team of mechanics and designers to ensure a high performance and productivity;
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and used correctly by operators;
• Assist with equipment installation as needed, particularly in mechanical aspects;
• Provide support for various projects, including equipment purchases, testing, troubleshooting, and research on motorized and non-motorized equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Knowledge of computer systems;
• Training in mechanics or a related field;
• Experience supervising a team (an asset) and strong leadership skills;
• Ability to complete reports;
• Proficiency in French and English (an asset);
• Experience or training in heavy equipment mechanics (an asset).
