You will take charge of projects from A to Z, keeping a focus on quality, costs, and profitability, while coaching a team of project managers. The position combines field, office, and remote work, with a stabilized workload throughout the year. Responsibilities — deliver high-performing civil engineering projects Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of civil engineering projects, from start to finish. Ensure profitability and quality by monitoring progress, costs, schedules, and variances, then adjusting the game plan. Mentor and coach project managers by balancing technical supervision and skill development. Collaborate closely with the general superintendent and site teams to secure execution and resolve field issues. Drive planning and tracking in MS Project and TPL to maintain clear, up-to-date, and useful information for decision-making. Strengthen continuous improvement in processes to increase the efficiency and predictability of deliverables. Desired Profile — must-haves and expected management style Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a DEC in civil engineering with equivalent experience. Accumulate 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the technical and financial aspects of a project. Master MS Project and TPL. Work as a civil engineer or experienced technician. Communicate clearly and support team management on a daily basis. Adopt a human and collaborative management style, based on trust and professional development.
