Human Resources Student
Under the supervision the Human Resources department in Baie-Sainte-Anne, you will actively participate in various tasks related to personnel management and administrative support in manufacturing and unionized environments – gaining valuable hands-on experience to jumpstart your career!


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Support the recruitment process (resume screening, phone pre-qualification, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, etc.);
• Update employee records and the HR database;
• Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new employees;
• Support to implementation of HR policies and health & safety initiatives;
• Provice general administrative support to the HR team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
• Post-secondary student in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written);
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Interest in the manufacturing sector and human resources.
