Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Supervise and coordinate construction and cabinetmaking projects, ensuring their compliance with company standards - Ensure compliance with deadlines - Manage changes and control workflow treasury - Identify and manage project risks to ensure their success and contractual compliance - Lead a team to cover all of the group's projects - Produce and review financial reports for a portfolio of projects - Ensure invoicing and recommend financial optimizations – Provide support to users and optimize working methods with available tools - Respect the governance and methodological framework of projects - Define and analyze performance indicators to anticipate problems and make recommendations - Develop and revise annual budgets collaboratively with relevant parties.

Your assets for this position!

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Controller, Project Cost Manager or related including a minimum of three (3) years in the construction sector
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, proactivity, leadership and adaptability
  • Direct or indirect team management experience
  • Excellent command of Procore, Excel and MS Project software 0,"335559740":240}">
  • Bilingualism: clear written and oral communication (in French and English)
