organization located in the Lanaudière region, currently undergoing growth and
transformation.
Our client is seeking a Director of Finance who wants to go beyond traditional financial
management and act as a true business partner to senior leadership, supporting performance
and long-term sustainable growth.
Your impact
Reporting directly to senior management, you will actively contribute to the organization’s
strategic direction and financial strength:
- Act as a strategic advisor to management on financial and operational decisions;
- Lead, coach, and develop a committed accounting team;
- Review, structure, and optimize financial processes to support growth and efficiency;
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and relationships with external partners;
- Implement management tools and performance indicators to support informed
decision-making.
Desired profile
- Significant experience in financial management (8–10 years);
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, people-focused approach;
- Strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement;
- Excellent command of Excel and an ERP system;
- Active CPA designation.
