Job description:
- Calculate, prepare and issue account-related documents, such as invoices, inventory statements, account statements and other financial statements, using computerized systems.
- Code, total, batch, record, and verify and reconcile transactions, such as accounts payable, payroll, orders, checks, invoices, check requests, and statements banking.
- Compile budget data and documents based on revenue and expenditure estimates and previous budgets.
- Prepare cost or periodic statements or reports.
- Calculate material costs, overheads and other expenses from estimates, quotes and price lists.
- Respond to customer requests for information, maintain good customer relations and resolve problems.
- Other job-related tasks.
