Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Plan, supervise and coordinate accounting and financial activities – Contribute to the development of the budget and financial forecasts – Prepare, analyze and present monthly financial statements – Make accounting entries – Perform monthly and annual closing tasks – Coordinate financial year-end activities with relevant departments – Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions – Analyze results, profitability and other performance indicators – Support the management in its decision-making – Manage requests for subsidies and tax credits – Take charge of the training file – Manage insurance files – Collaborate with external auditors – Establish and document control systems and processes accountants – Ensure compliance with current accounting standards - Participate in corporate projects - Collaborate with management to improve the efficiency of organizational processes.

Your assets for this position!

• BAC in accounting, finance or equivalent and CPA (asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting in SMEs (complete accounting cycle)
• Experience in managing employees (asset )
• Having worked on or implemented an ERP (asset interesting)
• Retail experience or large (asset)
• Demonstrate leadership by strengthening team, delegate skillfully

• Respect for confidentiality
• Bilingualism: required
