Notre client, un grand organisme prisé, est à la recherche d’un.e coordonnateur-rice qui rejoindra une superbe équipe solide.
Principales responsabilités :
- Être un soutien financier à tous les départements de l'organisation, agissant comme un conseiller / coordonnateur-rice.
- Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel et des prévisions trimestrielles.
- Gérer le processus de clôture trimestrielle en assurant l'exactitude des données comptables, y compris la gestion des courus et la communication avec les fournisseurs.
- Assurer la gestion complète du processus d'approvisionnement au paiement, incluant le suivi des engagements financiers et le soutien à l'équipe de facturation pour le règlement des factures.
- Coordonner et vérifier les contrats avec l'équipe juridique, suivre les budgets d'acquisition et gérer les bons de commande en lien avec les acquisitions foncières.
- Analyser les dépenses mensuelles par rapport au budget, préparer les prévisions et expliquer les écarts, en fournissant un soutien essentiel à la gestion financière quotidienne.
Profil recherché :
- Expériences pertinentes de plus de 5 ans dans le domaine concernés
- Diplômes en Comptabilité - Administration
- Rigueur, excellent sens de l'organisation, bonne communication
- Dynamisme, prises d'initiatives, souci du détail, autonomie
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française
- Bonne aisance informatique
