Corporate Driver

Overview

 As our Corporate Driver, you will provide safe and courteous transportation services to our guests and employees. Your responsibilities include coordinating vehicle pre-maintenance, maintenance, and repair to ensure vehicle longevity and optimal performance.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicle from office to construction sites, meeting locations, and other destinations as per requests and assigned schedule.
  • Handle passengers' luggage and parcels safely.
  • Practice safe and comfortable driving techniques in compliance with legislation and company guidelines.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained both aesthetically and mechanically.
    • Perform regular cleaning and servicing of the vehicle, including fueling.
    • Follow and monitor the vehicle's preventative maintenance program and keep detailed records of inspections and repairs.
  • Submit any travel-related expenses to Finance as requested.
  • Handle emergency situations promptly and communicate with management as required.
  • Report any potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Perform other duties, including deliveries, as needed and/or assigned.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations preferred). Must provide a copy of motor vehicle driving record.
  • Flexible, this role requires to work sometimes evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ability to safely operate a passenger car/van in all weather conditions.
  • Good knowledge of the Montreal area and proficient in using a GPS.
  • Demonstrated courtesy, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Occasionally: carrying/lifting items up to 25 lbs.
